Battery-Grade Graphite

Corporate Overview

Westwater Resources, Inc. is focused on developing a secure, U.S. domestic supply of battery-grade natural graphite.

With graphite designated as a critical mineral and U.S. processing capacity limited, Westwater is advancing an integrated platform in Alabama designed to support long-term supply security and reduce reliance on foreign sources.

What We Do

Westwater develops and processes natural graphite into Coated Spherical Purified Graphite (CSPG) — the active anode material used in lithium-ion batteries.

Our strategy connects domestic graphite resources with U.S. processing through a phased development plan designed to build scalable production and strengthen long-term supply continuity.

Our Portfolio

Westwater’s portfolio is centered in Alabama and consists of two primary assets:

Coosa Graphite Deposit — A large, advanced natural flake graphite resource intended to serve as a long-term domestic feedstock source.

Kellyton Graphite Plant — A processing facility under development designed to produce battery-grade CSPG in phased capacity stages.

Together, these assets form the foundation of an integrated U.S. graphite platform.
